Return & Replacement


As an important part of our value chain, we accept returns. The product can be returned only if it is found defective or not as described. Customers need to contact within 48 hours of Delivery If the option for replacement is available, it will be prioritised.

Under no circumstances, a refund will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look/ quality of a defect-free product.
The returned products are subject to verification and checks by bluegear.in to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return.

As we believe in Customer Satisfaction as our priority, Bluegear provides Door to Door replacements (The Shipment will be picked up from your door and will be delivered to your Door). Replacement Procedure will be initiated in 24-48 hours.

Free replacement can be requested in the following condition applied – The item received is physically damaged; the Item received has missing parts or accessories; or the Item received is defective/does not work properly. ( We suggest you read the complete Product manual before installation and follow the steps which are provided in the manual. )

Our examination of the device shows a defect that qualifies the device for replacement


Warranty can be claimed if physical damage is not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product, an electrical surge or any damage caused by the user. (If you find that the package is tampered with, please do not accept the item and hand the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD)

If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, we shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.

My order arrived damaged


Our people in the warehouse care for every single shipment and pack them in the most protective way possible. Still, have issues regarding shipment? please contact us on our WhatsApp chat support or call us. You need to inform us on the day the order is delivered.

Please refuse to accept the parcel if it is not intact. However, for any reason, if you accept it please make an unboxing video of the parcel to avoid any inconvenience.

How can I Cancel and get a Refund for my order?

The order can be cancelled only if the product has not been shipped.  Once the product is shipped it cannot be canceled. Prepaid Orders (Razorpay, Snapmint, Simpl, UPI, etc) cannot be cancelled as they ship directly. However, you can contact us to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing the Prepaid order, but, it should not be shipped.


We will be able to cancel your order only if the shipment has not been dispatched from our end. Order cancellation request is not accepted once the order has been shipped.

Warranty, Terms and Conditions

After the 7 days a customer has to send their product at their own expense to claim the Warranty and after testing, if there are no issues found with the product then a customer will have to pay 499/-INR as shipping charges.


Wear & Tear cases and issues that occur due to short circuits, burns, broken during installations, water damage and rusting don't come under the warranty, also, the connection cable/ wire, Silicon glue and other accessories that come with the device are not under warranty.

The warranty will be void if the product is not used according to instructions given in the instruction manual. Defects caused by improper use as determined. Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry/ or physical construction of the set. Defects due to causes beyond control like lightning, or abnormal voltage.

You should not open or try to open the product as it will void the warranty of a device.

In case of any manufacturing defect in the returned product, the product will be repaired by our service team & then we will send it to you. Only in case, the product is not repairable, we will provide you a free replacement (within the warranty period only) or if in case of the same model is not available, then we will provide another model of similar value as the replacement. The new warranty period applicable to the replacement product shall be the remaining warranty period from the date of invoice of the originally purchased product.
